Lakebase Postgres reaches general availability on Google Cloud in five regions

Lakebase Postgres, the managed serverless Postgres in Databricks, is now generally available on Google Cloud. At GA it is offered in asia-southeast1, europe-west3, us-central1, us-east4 and us-west1. Autoscaling, scale to zero, branching and point-in-time recovery are listed; private connectivity through Private Service Connect is still Beta.
