Lakebase Insights is configured per project; observability-configuration schedules have stopped
From Databricks release notes (AWS)
Lakebase Insights (Beta, formerly Lakebase Advanced Postgres Telemetry) is now set up in each project's Settings by users with CAN MANAGE, with on-demand runs, and no observability configuration is needed. Insights schedules created through an observability configuration have stopped and do not carry over; those configurations no longer write new telemetry to their Unity Catalog destinations. To keep scheduled insights, enable Insights and set an analysis frequency in each project.
What to do
If you scheduled Insights through an observability configuration, enable Insights and set an analysis frequency in each project's Settings to get scheduled runs again.
