Shared Serverless lets notebooks and files in one bundle share compute and an environment (Beta)

In Beta, notebooks and files in the same bundle can share serverless compute and an environment defined in the pyproject.toml file at the bundle root. Workspace admins enable it with Project-Scoped Shared Compute on the Previews page.
