Serverless compute access controls reach GA; rate limits and compute tags in Beta
From Databricks blog
Databricks says Serverless Compute Access Controls are generally available: admins grant Can Use or Can Manage on the default interactive and automated serverless compute objects, and every user keeps Can Use until an admin changes it. Per-compute rate limits, sized S to XL as an autoscaling ceiling for jobs and pipelines, and serverless compute tags for cost attribution are in Beta. Shared budgets for interactive use are described as coming soon.
