Native XML file format support reaches GA for Auto Loader, read_files and COPY INTO

XML is now a generally available file format: you can ingest, query and parse it in batch or streaming workloads through Auto Loader, read_files and COPY INTO. The from_xml and schema_of_xml SQL functions are covered by the same announcement.
