MLflow managed warehouse lets you view Unity Catalog traces without picking a warehouse

In Beta, the MLflow UI can show traces stored in Unity Catalog without you selecting a SQL warehouse. MLflow runs the trace queries on a SQL warehouse it creates in the workspace where supported, and on serverless compute otherwise. Workspace admins turn it on from the Previews page.
