Lakebase Autoscaling is now Lakebase

Databricks now uses the name Lakebase for the product previously called Lakebase Autoscaling. The entry describes it as a fully managed, serverless Postgres database for real-time transactional applications alongside lakehouse data.
Learners may see the old name in older material and should map it to Lakebase.
