Unity Catalog Scala, Java and Python UDFs to be on by default under the compliance profile

Unity Catalog Scala and Java UDFs, and scalar and batch Unity Catalog Python UDFs, will be available by default in November 2026 for workspaces with the compliance security profile enabled. The note gives the month only, not a day.
