Predictive AI Functions enter Beta: forecasting, anomalies and predictions in SQL

Predictive AI Functions are in Beta: an upgraded ai_forecast plus new ai_top_drivers, ai_detect_anomalies, ai_predict_value and ai_predict_class, all callable from SQL. ai_forecast gains holiday support and external covariates. Genie can already call ai_top_drivers; the other four are listed as coming to Genie later.
