New account-level security features are available to all accounts as soon as they reach GA

Account-level security features, such as private connectivity, ingress and egress controls and encryption, no longer need an account admin to switch them on from the Previews page once they are generally available. Admins still have to configure each feature before it takes effect, and nothing changes in an account's security setup automatically.
