Metric views can record joins to other metric views with RELATIONSHIP constraints (Beta)

In Beta, ALTER VIEW ... ADD CONSTRAINT ... RELATIONSHIP records how a source metric view joins to a target metric view, including cardinality and join condition, so AI assistants and BI tools pick the right join path. It needs Databricks Runtime 19 or above, or a SQL warehouse.
