JDBC Unity Catalog connections to be on by default under the compliance profile

In mid-November 2026, JDBC Unity Catalog connections, including SSL certificate support, will be available by default for workspaces with the compliance security profile enabled. Such a connection reaches an external database through a custom JDBC driver, with access governed by Unity Catalog. The note gives a month, not a day.
