JDBC Unity Catalog connections are generally available

JDBC connections in Unity Catalog have reached general availability on serverless compute, Databricks Runtime 19 and above, and SQL warehouses 2025.40 and above, with SSL certificate support added. OAuth M2M authentication for these connections is still in Beta. Anyone who read the earlier Public Preview material should treat the GA scope above as the current one.
