GLM 5.3 is available as a Databricks-hosted model
Model Serving now supports Zhipu AI GLM 5.3 as a Databricks-hosted text-only MoE model in supported US and Americas regions. It is available through Foundation Model APIs and supports function calling, structured output, coding, agentic tool use, always-on reasoning, and the stated token windows. Customers are responsible for checking the applicable terms.
