Default OAuth client IDs let ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and others reach Databricks MCP servers
From Databricks release notes (AWS)
ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Claude Code and Cursor can now connect to Databricks MCP servers, including the Genie One MCP server, with default OAuth client IDs. An account admin no longer has to create an OAuth app first. The feature is generally available.
