Anthropic models removed from AWS GovCloud IL5 workspaces
On September 19, 2026, Databricks will remove Anthropic models from AWS GovCloud and AWS GovCloud DoD workspaces with the DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) compliance standard selected. After that date, those workspaces cannot create or use endpoints that serve Anthropic models, so affected endpoints should be migrated to another supported model before the removal date.
Readers using model serving in IL5 workspaces need to plan for a different supported model before the removal date.
